About the Role

As a Web3 Developer at Tridorian, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our clients’ transition to cloud platforms, with a special focus on the Web3 industry. Your expertise in blockchain technologies and cloud computing will enable you to deliver innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions, empowering businesses to thrive in a decentralized digital landscape. This position requires a visionary developer with deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-value consulting services.

Main Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Consulting:

  • Assist clients in the Web3 industry with seamless migration of their applications and services to cloud platforms, ensuring efficient and secure transitions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ unique business goals and crafting tailored Web3 and cloud solutions.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Web3 Development & Integration:

  • Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and other blockchain-based solutions that meet client needs.
  • Integrate Web3 solutions with existing cloud infrastructures, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with emerging Web3 technologies and implement them to keep clients ahead of the competition.

Distributed Applications & DevOps:

  • Develop and manage distributed applications using common frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
  • Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring efficient orchestration and scalability.
  • Apply DevOps best practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Cloud Deployment & Security:

  • Develop and implement strategies for deploying blockchain applications on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within cloud and blockchain environments, ensuring client trust and regulatory adherence.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and BI specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Participate in workshops, presentations, and technical demonstrations, showcasing the value of Web3 technologies and cloud solutions.
  • Leverage market insights, client feedback, and emerging trends to continuously enhance the company’s consulting offerings.

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and refine processes for seamless project delivery, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization while celebrating successes.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations and drive repeat business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
    • 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technologies and cloud computing.
    • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and translate business challenges into impactful technical solutions.
    • Deep expertise in blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with smart contract development.
    • Experience in developing and managing distributed applications using frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
    • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes.
    • Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
    • Understanding of modern data platforms and data governance frameworks.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering decentralized applications and integrating them with cloud services.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Skills

      • Professional certifications in blockchain technologies, cloud solutions, or related fields.
      • Experience consulting in industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Startups.
      • Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
      • Fluency in English and a regional language is a strong advantage.
