About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director for our Thailand office. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach, targeting a diverse customer base ranging from high-growth, small and medium-sized enterprises to large-scale enterprises.

Main responsibilities

  • Build and manage trusted relationships with CXO and key decision makers; understand the customer’s business and technology challenges; as well as their explicit and implicit needs and pain points.
  • Build and articulate a holistic and compelling roadmap for transformation – addressing business and technology challenges and opportunities
  • Provide leadership to leverage all resources (Sales teams, executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Engineering, and Customer Success) to achieve client success
  • Account and sales plans to drive revenue growth; develop existing and close new sales opportunities by combining the best of GCP, ISV partners, and open-source technologies with our professional services to deliver client outcomes.
  • Develop CXO-level advocacy. 
  • Pipeline development for the team through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors.
  • Monitor sales activities and track KPIs and OKRs.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts to inform business planning to partner and internal key stakeholders.
  • Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Demand excellence through demonstrating best sales practices, coaching (through effective 1:1s), performance reviews, and developing & inspiring team members. 
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position our offerings.
  • Be directly involved with the mentoring and development of the sales team and other employees within Tridorian.
  • Foster a positive, values-driven team culture that motivates and empowers individuals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading a team.
  • Proven track record in selling cloud-based solutions at a software company or similar organization.
  • Experience in building, managing, and developing diverse sales teams
  • Proven superior leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Experience managing both individual contributors and team leads
  • Able to design and execute complex deal strategies.
  • Strong governance of CRM tools and consumption-based & professional services business sales models.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive sales growth.
  • Fluency in English & Thai with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
