About the Role
As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Main responsibilities
- Hiring IT talents on a global scale,
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates,
- Managing the entire recruitment process from initial screening to final offer, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, performing background & reference checks, presenting the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager, offering job positions, and completing all relevant paperwork.
- Writing and posting job descriptions to relevant media platforms.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
