About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect based out of Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our growth is grounded and guided by strong technical alignment with the Google Cloud Platform and the needs of our customers. You’ll work closely with our sales executives, helping customers solve business problems by leveraging our Google Cloud Platform service offering, playing a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward. You’ll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises to large-scale enterprises.
Main Responsibilities
Working alone, or in partnership with the sales, services, and business development teams, you will be expected to:
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing architecture diagram, build and articulate a holistic and compelling roadmap for transformation, addressing business and technology challenges and opportunities.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position our offerings.
- Travel to customer and partner locations in the territory to support sales and partnership efforts.
- Ability to strategize with sales teams and provide recommendations on how to drive a multi-threaded account strategy, aligning GCP and partner resources to move towards a mutually beneficial account plan.
- The ability to communicate in Thai and English, with business-level proficiency.
- Foster a positive, values-driven team culture that motivates and empowers individuals.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of GCP, ISVs, and Tridorian solutions as well as industry trends
Qualifications
- 7+ years of related experience in a customer-facing role.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role serving customers.
- 2+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record in selling cloud-based solutions at a software. company or similar organization.
- Experience in building, managing, and strategizing with sales teams.
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
- Experience managing both individual contributors and team leads.
- Able to design and execute complex deal strategies.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Thai with excellent written and verbal communication skills is highly preferred.

Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with hyperscaler technology (one of AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with popular programming languages (one of Python, Java, Go, or PHP).
- Hands-on experience with System Architecture and Integration with OpenAPI.
- Familiarity with Key Technology Trends that revolve around Hyperscaler technologies, DevOps (Migration, Serverless, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI).
- Certifications from Hyperscaler technology (Intermediate or Tech Professional).
